Does what it says on the tin. Getting it high, or up enough to wrap over your back properly is the difficult bit, a bit of a wee throw, a big lean, and a lot of momentum usually help. And obviously an off-centre grip. I do this continuously turning to show both directions. But I use a few extra beats of just spinning the staff, you could do it with a few less, if you're shoulders are feeling flexible. Mine just can't get enough power while twisted across my back, so I have to rev the staff up again with the spinny bit.
