Belly Wrap, Back Wrap
Belly wrap: Far far offcentre grip. Catching arm underneath releasing arm, crossed behind your back. Get the catching arm ready well in advance. Try and release the staff slightly upward and turn your catching arm toward the staff with your body.
Back wrap, I should have my catching arm underneath the releasing arm, but I don't.
