Elbow Traps, horizontal to spinning stuff, mostly steves.
This is a lovely (non-mushy-pea) Steve move that I learned from knoxious. The staff is held trapped in the elbow joint. It's in front of your body, your elbow down, your hand up. The staff can only move horizontally a little before being stopped by your arm/body. Bop the staff (using the grip) so that it is moving away from your body. Before it is stopped by your arm, turn your arm and especially your forearm so the staff goes over your forearm and does a rotation on your arm before you catch it again in your elbow. This is obviously very hard to describe. But it can also be done the other way.
